She is the Regional Advocacy Director, Africa at PATH, a global non-profit dedicated to achieving health equity (www.path.org.)

Ms. Muganda has extensive experience in the non-profit sector having served in various capacities including Deputy Country Director and Head of Programs at the PATH Kenya office, CEO of the Institute of Economic Affairs, in Kenya, the Executive Director for the Centre for the Study of Adolescence (CSA) and Policy & Advocacy Program lead at The NGO Council.

Rosemarie holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Flinders University, Adelaide, Australia, a bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology from the Institute of African Studies, University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Women Studies.

In addition to serving on the African Institute for Health and Development (AIHD) board, Ms. Muganda is also the chair of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Health NGOs Network (HENNET).
