Homabay Mass Drug Administration for Intestinal Worms (Minyoo)/ Bilharzia (Kichocho)

AIHD in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH), World Health Organization (WHO) and the County Government of Homabay will provide free treatment through Mass drug administration to all community members in Homabay County, as from 26th to 29th April.

The treatment is meant to accelerate the eradication of Intestinal worms (minyoo) and Bilharzia (Kichocho) .

The medication will be administered in the ward healthcare facilities in the following subcounties:

• Rachuonyo East
• Rachuonyo South
• Rachuonyo North
• Ndhiwa
• Rangwe
• Homabay town
• Suba North
• Suba Central
• Suba South
