She holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health and Development. Claris has experience in project planning, organization, coordination and qualitative research. She has worked for diverse projects ranging from Neglected Tropical Diseases, HIV, Menstrual hygiene management and Adolescent sexual reproductive health. Before joining AIHD, she worked with Adaptive Management and Research Consultants, Ministry of Health-Division of Vector Borne Diseases, KEMRI WellcomeTrust, KEMR/CDC, Matibabu Foundation Kenya, London School of Hygiene/Safe Efficacious Iron for Children Project in Kenya and was an intern at the National Environmental Management Authority.
