AIHD is partnering with three organizations
in a Community Health and Development Consortium-Kenya
(CHDC-Kenya), namely:

As part of its fundraising activities,
CHDC-Kenya responded to the call for proposals by
the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation termed the
African Health Initiative. With tremendous knowledge
regarding health disparities in underserved communities,
the partnership aims at provide cost-effective,
large-scale integration of primary health care linked
to implementation research and workforce training
for sustainable health improvement and development.
The letter of intent (LOI) was submitted on Nov
15th, 2007.
