Capacity Building

  1. Capacity building for individuals and communities
    AIHD recognizes that communities have the capacities and resources to solve their own problems. Therefore, the Institute forms partnerships with the communities that allow self-evaluation and the development of sustainable interventions/solutions
  2. Internship program
    AIHD focuses on building the capacity of young people to work with communities in all its activities to create a generation of trained and capable professionals in community development. All interns admitted into the highly competitive programme are of Masters Level in social sciences and health related disciplines. The Institute has two annual intakes of interns.
